  • Optional Topics (OE): Indian Knowledge System, History of Modern Vidarbha, History of Ideas (Indian & Western Thinkers), Heritage Tourism, Tribal History, State in British India, Dalit Movement in Maharashtra, Art and Architecture, Environmental History
  • Research-oriented curriculum: Research Methodology, Research Project (Semester III & IV) / OJT / FP (On-the-Job Training / Field Project)
  • Continuous Internal Assessment + and Semester Evaluation
  • Students can pursue a Ph.D. programme after completing the M.A. programme
  • Medium of Instruction: English / Marathi / Hindi
