INDIAN ELECTORAL BEHAVIOUR AND ANALYSIS

COURSE HIGHLIGHTS

  • Students will learn the background, structure, and functioning of the Indian electoral machinery and electoral process.
  • By the end of the course, students will be capable of independently conducting surveys.
  • Students will be able to analyse survey data and prepare independent analytical reports based on the findings.
  • Students will gain hands-on experience of the Indian electorate, leading to experiential learning.
  • Students will engage with practicing politicians and political professionals during the course.
  • Flexibility in timing and mode of delivery through both online and offline platforms.

Eligibility

  • Any graduate.
  • Any person who has passed his/her XII and has successfully completed two years of UG programme.
  • Any person having passed XII and has an active experience of a political party worker of at least two years in any of the national/ State or regional political parties. (Candidate will have to submit a certificate to that effect signed by the party head of the region on party letterhead.)
